About the Event:
It’s true when they said the biggest mistake, we make in life is by thinking that we have time. We don’t. It’s when we learn to craft time from the daily grind of life for experiences and activities that excite us, we learn to find the miracle in the mundane!Breaking the monotony of regular destination events, we are here with the 3-day Ultimate Adventure & Music Fest.
Take the first step towards exploring the world of open water swimming by joining the Swimathon at Ultimate Survival Campsite. This event has an option for both novice swimmers who want to explore the adventure in open waters and for the experienced swimmers to take the challenge of racing in open waters.
Event will take place in the pristine waters of Beas River. Swimmers will do loops of 500 mtrs for their race distance. Adequate safety measures will be in place to ensure safety of all the swimmers. However, swimmers can use an open water swimming safety buoy (refer to pic below) for their own safety.
The music fest will have artists along with a karaoke night by a bonfire or just let lose to the DJ playing your favourite music. Trek lovers will have a whole morning of exploring the Rising Hills route.
And finally, day 3 will be all about Running and Cycling. Please do inform us in advance if we need to arrange a cycle for you at the location. Swimmers, Trekkers, Runners and Cyclists and Music and Mountain lovers - All are Welcome!

Stay options & Charges (No discount on stays charges)-
The campsite is good to accommodate up to 100 guests adhering to social distancing guidelines of state health department► Booking for group of 4 persons, per night in a 4 bedded deluxe tent on sharing basis= Rs 8000/-
► Booking per person, per night in a 4 bedded deluxe tent on sharing basis= Rs 2200/-
► Booking for 2 persons, per night in a 2 bedded pup tent on sharing basis= Rs 4000/-
► Booking per person, per night in a 2 bedded pup tent on sharing basis= Rs 2200/-
► Per night stay when you pitch your own tent but opt for all meals & facilities: Rs 1500/-
Check-in starts at 6am, check out after breakfast/ brunch whichever is applicable

► Children below 5 years will not be charged and will share the bedding with their parents
► Charges for kids' stay above 5 years will remain same as for adult, per night per child basis
► Pets are not allowed in campsite
Refund Policy-
In case of cancellation 100% amount will be refunded till 7th April, 50% amount will be refunded till 10th April. No refunds on cancellation after 10th April 2022.
